Jeff and Carrie Cohn built L3 because they needed a room like this themselves.

They know firsthand how raising a neurodivergent child can reshape a marriage, sharpen questions about the future, and make even highly capable people feel unusually alone. Their four-year-old son, Luca, is on the autism spectrum.

Together, they have spent years building thoughtful rooms for accomplished people. L3 brings that experience to a more personal and more necessary conversation.
