‍L3 Retreat Registration Agreement

‍Registration & Payment

‍The retreat fee is $10,000 for one individual or $15,000 for couples. Full payment is due following the receipt of your registration to formally reserve your place at the retreat. Our event producer, Shelli Benfatti, will email you with a formal agreement including payment details following receipt of your registration. Spots are limited and confirmed only upon receipt of an executed agreement and payment.

‍Cancellation & Refunds

‍We understand that life with a neurodivergent child is unpredictable. If you need to cancel before June 1, 2026, 75% of your retreat fee will be refunded. If you cancel between June 1 and July 1, 2026, 50% of your retreat fee will be refunded. If you cancel between July 1 and August 1, 2026, 25% of your retreat fee will be refunded. After August 1, 2026, no refund is available, though you may transfer your registration to another qualifying attendee with our approval.‍ In the unlikely event we need to cancel or postpone the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control — including acts of nature, venue issues, or public health concerns — you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

‍What's Included

‍Your registration covers three nights of premium lodging at The Four Seasons Resort Vail, all meals beginning with Thursday dinner through Sunday brunch, working sessions, facilitated programming, and scheduled group activities. Travel to and from Vail, spa services, personal purchases, and incidentals are your responsibility.

‍Confidentiality

‍This is an off-the-record gathering. What is shared in the room stays in the room. By attending, you agree not to record, publish, post, or share identifying information about other attendees, their families, or the specific content of personal conversations without explicit permission from the individuals involved.

‍Photography

‍We may take photographs or video during group moments for use in future communications. You will always be asked before any image of you is used publicly. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let us know at check-in.

‍Health & Participation

‍We ask that you not attend if you are ill. Participation in all activities is entirely voluntary. The organizers are not responsible for injuries sustained during optional recreational activities.

‍Limitation of Liability

‍Imperfect Leaders LLC is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damages arising from participation in the retreat, travel to or from the event, or activities at the venue. Attendance is voluntary, and each participant assumes responsibility for their own wellbeing.

‍Your Agreement

By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, that the information you have provided is accurate, and that you meet the eligibility criteria for this event — a CEO, senior executive, or investor who is parenting a child with autism or another serious neurodevelopmental difference.
