But in a world about to be dominated by artificial intelligence, we will need leaders who think differently — and through heightened emotions, quite literally experience the world differently.

Why We Are Building This
Building that world starts with leaders who already live in it.
Business executives raising a child with autism have already had their leadership reshaped by this crucible experience. Most have never put it into words.
L3 is the room where they do — and where they decide what to do about it.
The Two Questions
1. How has raising your autistic child reshaped who you are as a leader?

The first is inward. The second is outward. The founding weekend is built around them, in that order.
The Room
The room is a deliberate mixture — CEOs, operators, investors, clinicians, and researchers. Most of us are raising an autistic child, or helping them lead happier lives.
